The Great Produce Challenge
As fall ends and winter approaches, our bodies want more comfort foods. Our fruit and vegetable intake often decreases. Even if you are eating lots of veggies, you probably eat the same ones over and over. Why does that matter? Each different food provides different fibers, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to nourish the body.
I'm challenging you to get 9 servings EVERY DAY. I'm also going to challenge you to try new varieties. AND I'll show you how to make them taste good.
