Your appointment can be done via phone or HIPPA approved doxy Zoom link (see below). If you have chosen via phone, please indicate when booking. If choosing a Zoom appointment, please use the following HIPPA approved doxy link at the time of your appointment; https://doxy.me/freshroots. There is a $50 cancellation fee with less than 24 hours notice, excluding COVID symptoms or other illness.
